This is rather obvious (Of course it is; it's in the thread title), but I'll mention it anyway. If someone makes an account like this: www.madmusic.com/madspace.aspx?id=200867 it gets an immediate suspension. Random letters/numbers are verboten & earn the suspicious user an immediate removal from the site. And a boot to the head.

And now, the Board of Ludicrous Obviousness returns with a special Easter message... As of 0500 GMT, 10 April 2019, this site's admin/editor will ignore all minutia trolling on the song, artist and album pages (but will still fix genuine problems) in order to focus on the completion & posting of Mad Music Podcasts #55 & 56 as well as all of Mad Music Special #232. This is likely to take until...oh, let's say...July. Like our pal Krampus, I know who's naughty and nice and also who has too damn many superfluous accounts on the site and what they're named. If more get made, I'll know that, too. So with silly (and somewhat sinister) grins like in this post's avatar, we say good morning to you all from here in Falmouth and we hope you enjoy the new Mad Music Shows/podcasts. The DJ sound parts will be crap, but the echo in this massive room should make up for that...just a bit. Have a happy Easter/Passover/Weasel Stomping Day!

It's been quite a while since I've had to dropkick one of these foreign spammer jackoffs. China & Russia have this crap down pat and, having gotten in quite a bit of practice harassing us, they've moved on to attacking the government & large corporations, which was their plan all along. The crap that comes out of Africa is somewhat laughable...right before they get stomped like a narc at a biker rally by some old editor guy. This Indian is supposedly spamming about a safari park, but that's likely a front for the usual crap to spam about - cheap drugs, counterfeit brand name shoes & handbags, and the usual porn. As always, I turn vicious when this happens, so his spam is deleted and this guy's filth-tolerant, curry eating ass is suspended as has always been the policy.

fiogf49gjkf0d Theoretically, he could block his IP, but China is a very big place - and the suspension blocks him from posting anything else...unless he makes another account and spams and he will then eat the same result as before.
Since I keep on top of it, it becomes an exercise in futility for them. They never learn, though.

The actual show will start being made again when all this damn unending snow stops and my snow-buried roof isn't threatening to crash in and kill me. The shoveling is constant. The total exhaustion is constant. An old person with no help from anywhere shouldn't be doing this.

How do you know the spam is deleted if you never see it? Oh, but both you and frustrated spammers CAN see it. Or at least the titles of the deleted spam. Just hit one of those links below and the page will show deleted spam titles with a "-1" beside it. I've watched many a spammer stare at their newly missing message and give up their spamquest..is that a word?
In order to blog, the spammer has to go back to the page and see that. This is why I can erase the whole page of spam and not have to leave anything there to show the idiot that it was erased. ...And visitors to the site don't have to see that there had been any spam there at all.

fiogf49gjkf0d Not surprising. When I suspended his first account, I saw him looking for other ways to spam. They usually give up and move on at this point, but not this one. When he found he no longer had access, he made another account, which was immediately zapped. When he saw no more opportunity to spam, only then did he give up.
Everyone just watch out for the usual African annoyances and be careful and all that.
