The Mad Music Hour #188 - October 19, 2014
Topic: Halloween I: There Are Far Worse Things Awaiting Men Than Death

This week, Tyro Arrgula is having a go at the first Halloween episode. It's only an hour long as Uncle Stavro cracked a rib falling down in his bathroom a week ago, so he only managed to put together half the intended show. What the living have to tolerate...

Next week: Halloween II

Show Facts:
I know. I missed announcing "Ghost In The Trailer". More care will be taken when making these "one segment" hour long shows. (Tyro Arrgula)
The show re-uses the bgm from a previous show & the announces occur every five songs. Even the requests will be have to be included either in show 2 or the second half of this show when/if it's tacked onto this one. It was all to get this show posted before the weekend was done so it wouldn't interfere with the second show. (Tyro Arrgula)
The episode title is a line from "Dracula" (1931). (Tyro Arrgula)
For some reason that remains a mystery, this is a 'family-safe' show - as opposed to the episodes Uncle Stavro makes. They call his generation "The Silent Generation", but the shows he makes are anything but. (Tyro Arrgula)

Thanks, Dave.

It's relatively easy making the silly voices with Audacity. The pitch is adjusted lower to make Count Aarhus' & Viscount Vyslo's voices and higher to make "Tyro's" voice. Of course, no one is fooled, but it's an amusing diversion nonetheless.

@Tyro: You made this with Audacity? I am impressed. I'd like to swap a lot more than the pitch of my voice out, if possible, but that might be a little beyond the scope of the program... oh well. It's either something as basic as GIMP or as insanely complex as Photoshop, usually with nothing in between.

Great job at releasing this show quickly... this site is a holdout from my childhood. :D
