fiogf49gjkf0d Hey guys, Wacky Ben here with a summertime update. Can't remember when was the last time I made an update but let's not worry about that. I really don't have much to talk about as of now just two things. One of which I already mentioned in a request forum but I'll go into further detail about it, and the other is just new. So let's begin.
First off, for those who occasionally check out my blogs on my profile on this site I like to post a three month playlist where every three months I announce the upcoming topics for the next three months. I always start with January, February and March, and then I proceed with the other three months. Right now I would be posting the upcoming topics for July, August and September, but unfortunately I have now decided to scrap the three month topic postings because lately I have been changing too many topics that I had originally planned to different topics and sometimes I forget to update them on the three month topic posts. So as of now I will not be posting three month topic posts but I will still post the upcoming topics for the following month and while you guys are reading this you will see the upcoming topics for July be posted soon.
Second topic is in regards to scrapping the FuMPfest show I had originally planned for this month and replaced it with an all-request show. As I stated in the request forum for the all-request show I scrapped the FuMPfest show because of my concern that it would end up like my MarsCon show which resulted into no show at all. The reason why is because while at MarsCon back in March I didn't have time to record the MarsCon episode of Ben's Wacky Radio partly because I was having a good time, I didn't have much material to play, and I lost my will to record during the occasion but luckily I got it back when I got back home from MasCon. So my concern is that the FuMPfest show will be the same as the MarsCon show and I do not want to have no show again which is why I decided to go with an all-request show because I couldn't think of another topic at the time. However I still felt the need to still play the winners of The Logan Awards during the all-request show hence why I'm making the all-requests portion a 90 minute portion while the final half hour ends with the Logan Award winners and the Wacky 3. So if there comes a time where I decide to return to MarsCon (next year or the following year) I won't try to do another MarsCon show and instead stick to a different topic and also try to record the show in advance so that way I can get a show finished and have it ready to upload when I return. It sucks that I decided to not do a FuMPfest show this month but hopefully I'll get a recording during the event with my handheld recorder just like my Meep Morp Studio interview I did at MarsCon. With that said I'm still accepting requests for the all-request show so find that forum and make your request (excluding the current Logan Award nominees).
