Dave's Fun Stuff Radio Randomized

A random mix of some current and other funny recordings.
All at random.
"I Still Get Demented" Still In Production
As of 2012, the "ISGD" show is no longer on dfsr2, in fact,
there's no more dfsr2 channel. We had to cut costs somewhere
due to cash flow problems last month. Expenses exceeded
income on all levels and we chose to no longer put "ISGD"
on live365.com
The good news? "ISGD" is available to nonprofit radio stations
free of charge for use as filler programming. If you are a
programmer of a terrestrial radio station that streams on the
Internet, please give Dave's Fun Stuff Radio an e-mail and
we can send the shows (in three segments for each show) via
Mega Upload or whatever we find useful.
Give DFSR an e-mail if you're interested in carrying the show.

New Format for "ISGD"...Same as the Older Format?
"ISGD" has gone to a new format, this time, it plays some 93
minutes of featured material, some bonus filler cuts, and
the top five funny song requests of the week.
What Happened to the "FT20"?
And, no, we did not discontinue the weekly "Funny Top 20"
countdown. We incorporated the top five of the countdown
at the end of the "ISGD" show. Since many of the songs
were repeating each week, we decided to make it harder
for the songs to get played unless they make the top five,
but songs that rank from 6-20 still count as help in breaking
ties. Songs 5-4-3-2-1 are worth 20-40-60-80-100 points respectively.
Songs 20-19-18...6 are worth 1-2-3...15 points.
Some episodes of "ISGD" will be posted once a month as part
of the Mad Music Comedy Zone series, especially the special versions
of the "ISGD" shows featuring a special edition of the top 20
countdowns.
"Mad Music Comedy Zone"
Listen to a special series called "The Mad Music Comedy Zone"
found on Mad Music dot Com at this location:
www.madmusic.com/mmcz.aspx
264 episodes of the "MMCZ" are available for streaming free
thanks to Captain Wayne. Don't forget, there's a "DONATE"
button at the top right corner of each page so you can support
his website.
Each edition prior to 2012 varies in format, with the year 2011
devoted mostly to a year's worth of "FT20" episodes.
For the year 2012, we play 88 minutes of recordings and just
two minutes of talk. No rambling monologues. Just one funny
recording after another. The first two are now available
for streaming:
01/12/12 MMCZ-12-02 The Mad Music Comedy Zone #12-02
Topic: The States of Being Fat and Skinny
www.madmusic.com/playlist.aspx?Show=MMCZ-12-02
01/05/12 MMCZ-12-01 The Mad Music Comedy Zone #12-01
Topic: Diet and Exercise
www.madmusic.com/playlist.aspx?Show=MMCZ-12-01
We're also taking requests for the MMCZ on the Mad Music Forum.
The same top five songs from the FT20 will also be played
at the end of the MMCZ show, but as a bonus, we'll play some
of the songs that chart between positions 6 and 20 inclusive.
Note to terrestrial broadcasters: "The Mad Music Comedy Zone"
episodes prior to 2011 may contain edgier material not suited for broadcast.
Coming in February "ISGD" and "MMCZ" Merge Into One
In order to make it easy for myself, I've decided to produce just
one show a week I modestly call "I Still Get Demented".
For terrestrial broadcasters who wish to use the shows, the shows
will be in three segments totalling two hours and 24 minutes.
Commercial broadcasters may be able to use them for no charge.
It will be called "MMCZ" on madmusic.com.
The format will be the same as that of the 2012 "ISGD":
Hour 1: Approx 53 minutes: 46 minutes of recordings, plus sweepers,
announcements, etc.
Hour 2: Approx 53 minutes: 47 minutes of recordings, sweepers,
announcements, etc.
Hour 3: Approx 38 minutes: bonus requests, suggestions, selected
charting songs, and the top five songs of the week.
Total: 144 minutes. For commercial broadcasters, note that there
is a window of 36 minutes available so the show is suitable
for a three-hour block. Most music stations would start the
show five minutes before the top of the hour after a stopset.
Coming soon, the "MMCZ" shows will be the same exact edtions
of the 2012 "ISGD" shows.
Special "ISGD" Funny Love Song Edition
