I created the new song page, www.themadmusicarchive.com/song_details.aspx?SongID=34294, but this history needs to be moved there by Wayne.
Bob, would you be able to fill in details from the 45 and maybe send us an mp3?

You can send it to me. I can get the sample set up here (or, actually, on the correct page).

I got gobs of those also, songs it seems we would have heard on Dr. Demento, or he played once or twice, then we collectivly forgot about them until the internet age.

I'm just getting started on a project to convert all my vinyl to digital, starting with my 7" records. (They aren't all 45 rpm.) While I go I'm also compiling a list (which will eventually be saved on pdf format) to keep track of the artist, song titles from both sides, and label and catalogue numbers. (I'm still deciding about including matrix numbers.... They don't seem to be of much importance unless you're digging much deeper into a recording's history.)

I've found quite a few items that have either been completely missed by Dr. Demento (and all who came after) or have not been heard in a long time. Perhaps enough to fill a Mad Music Show.

I believe this is listed under the wrong artist. It should be the American group called, The Four Aces, not The Four Aces (The Human Orchestra).

My 45 of this song is the B side of, "It's A Woman's World", which other websites I've looked at say was done by the same group that did, "Heart And Soul"... which is listed here as the American group.
