They did a damn good job making the first remaster, but upon an initial check (and only that so far), there's a slight tone variance and the lyric pronunciation is never identical unless the original vocal track is used - which defeats the purpose if better sound quality is what you're after.
Since B&G were after an identical as possible remaster, it may not seem as important, but overwriting original mp3s on these pages is still site vandalism...unless the quality is improved and the version is the original. Even then, a comment should be added - "I found a better quality mp3 of this." - that sort of thing.
So if you'd be so kind, someone put the original back as I've been dealing with the non-health related terrors of meatspace of late. Sometimes I think being forced to deal with uncontrolled bureaucracy is worse than taxes or death. I've faced down both for decades, so I fear neither, but bureaucracy never lets up for a moment.
Being dead is far easier than actually locating the right form they demand from you within 30 days.
