fiogf49gjkf0d Carlin did a whole bit about it. Apparently, drivers there can't go 50 ft. without some schmuck in a hat demanding 50¢. He wanted them to just put it on the license plates- "New Jersey, The Toll Booth State".

fiogf49gjkf0d They changed it. They eliminated some tolls and doubled the others. Now you go 100 feet and pay $1.00. Or a shrubbery..........
