Whoops... the Sonny & Cher track "Hello" was not the B side of "I Got You Babe". It was the B side of "But Your Mine".

WellingtonWomble:

Checked out a couple of demented titles and was 1 for 6.

So here's what's missing...

Lester The Lobster by Stevedore Steve (Boot Records).
Stevedore Steve was a friend of Stompin' Tom Connors up here in the Great White North. He recorded a song with the following chorus:
"I'm Lester The Lobster from P.E.I.
An ugly little bug with beady little eyes.
I can tackle anything up to twice my size.
I'm Lester The Lobster from P.E.I."

P.E.I. = Prince Edward Island, an small island province near Nova Scotia.

Alt rock station CFNY morning jocks Pete 'n' Geets used to play this quite a bit. For more information www.backtothesugarcamp.com/stevedore4.htm

Hello by Sonny & Cher
The B side to "I Got You Babe". Sonny & Cher need something to put on the other side of the record, probably spent their rent money on the session, and don't have a clue as to what they're gonna do for another song. So Sonny sits down at the piano, rolls tape, and captures a conversation between him and Cher while he plunks out a few chords and a few minutes later they have their B side.
