Captain,
Thanks for the Killer Pussy fix!
Do you recall a song they used to play on KMET back around '75? It was a country ditty called "I heard you've been laying my old lady". It sounds like it could have been Jimmy Buffett.
And do you have any of the old National Lampoon Radio Hour shows? I would really like to hear the 'California Show' they did.
They also did a clever parody of The WHO during their show about capitol punishment. The song was called 'Electrocution". I think your audience would get a kick out of hearing those classics, I know I would.
Concerning Dr. Demento, I listened faithfully from 1972 until KMET went defunct in 1987. I was there at KMETs going away party at the Hollywood Palladium. It is a shame to see how greedy the Doctor has become! The original shows were broadcast over the air for FREE, why the hell can't they be rebroadcast thru cyber-space for free also? For what it is worth, You are doing just as good a job. The doctor evokes nostalgia for my Jr. High and High School days. I miss the Pioneer Stereo ads. The KMET references.
Screw him if he wants to be a pig. Where the hell are my 8-track tapes? ha ha
Keep up the good work!

I burn the show to CD and use it to wake up on Monday morning. I thought that I had fallen back asleep and the CD had started over.
