Let me guess...you're identified by your password and not your name and it says things like "collected all your data" and" I know everything."
Since it happened to me and I don't have a webcam either, I can safely categorize this as class A bullsh*t. And until now, I thought I knew who was responsible since I was the supposedly the only one who got it.
For quite a while, the site wasn't secure - "HTTP". It's recently become HTTPS and is secure again. Just change your password for this site & every other one you used that particular password for. If the site is part of a group of tabs you open when starting your browser, change that to the current URL too. Ignore the phishing since I also got it and nothing happened to me.
