fiogf49gjkf0d Now that show 194 is completed & posted, this will be next.
With another snowstorm on the way, I'm thinking there'll be time to make this show this week. Since I've managed to string 3 shows together, that should prove that more shows are on the way.
If you've any more requests about losing things or being lost, tell me now as this one's going to be assembled more quickly than the last.
Here's an addendum to all this - something I'd always forgotten to mention until now. You can always make requests using the one touch request link on a song page, but the Mad Music Show, in whatever form it takes, is driven by themes (unlike the podcast).
That means I can only play your request if it matches the theme - or is CC friendly. If it is, I can play it on the very next podcast. But if it isn't, it can't be played unless it fits the theme or is part of an all-request show. I need to make another one of those soon...
You can see the dilemma. I can't play non-theme tracks on the main show or non CC tracks on the podcasts. This leaves me with a sizable list of requests. I can access a page of requests that Wayne made containing all the one touch requests made since the start of the site itself. The majority of the requesters are long gone - we have only 190 active members now, after all.
I sometimes wonder if anyone beyond the group that I know actually listens to my show or any of the others...
It would be nice if Dementia Radio picked up TMMS, but I think it's too radical & too inconsistently made for them to show interest. Its sound quality isn't the best, either. Oh, well.
I just wanted to tell you about that before I forgot again...

fiogf49gjkf0d This is coming along. Last week was incredibly both discomfort free and appointment free, so I had to take the opportunity to get many long ignored things done at home. How many years has it been since the kitchen floor was washed?... I'm still locating hidden cat vomit now that I'm bothering to look for it.
Rita Rudner was right. Single men, even old ones like me, really do live like bears with furniture. Even after all I did last week, most would still run away at the sight of my bathtub, so it's a slow process.
It's only recently that I can think of this show again and it's continuing to get assembled. I said it would take quite a while this time. All this is just assurance that I haven't forgotten about it.

fiogf49gjkf0d No, this show's not about TRHPS, neither is it about the network show Lost (never saw it). It's not even about Dr. Who.
This show is about losing things & being lost in general. There are actually more than enough songs on this subject to fill at least one show. I'm currently in no condition to get this one out in a single week. Maybe two. Maybe. So you have lots of time to request songs about being lost or losing stuff.
