* Mar 16: In 1906, comedian Henny (Henry) Youngman was born in Liverpool, England, and
* was later raised in Brooklyn, New York. Dubbed the "King of the One-Liners," Youngman
* was known for his simple, rapid-fire jokes -- sometimes telling over 50 of them in an
* eight-minute comedy routine. His famous one-liner -- "Take my wife, please!" -- became
* so popular it was included in Bartlett's Familiar Quotations. Youngman also appeared
* in such films as "The History of the World, Part I," "Amazon Women on the Moon," "The
* Unkissed Bride," "National Lampoon Goes to the Movies" and in a cameo appearance in
* "Goodfellas." His name also became a running gag on TV's "Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In"
* ("Oh! THAT Henny Youngman!") He died at age 91 on February 24, 1998.
