Reason Ming Tea got their own page and not thrown in Austin Powers Cast or Mike Myers is because even though the group is a faux rock band, they did however play their own instruments for the tracks. Example, Spinal Tap is a faux rock band, but they did really play the instruments in the tracks. (Halfshell)
