Facts:

The cover and title were inspired by II's friend Bob Rose. Bob manipulated a picture of himself in Photoshop, which Ian referred to as "fairly epic", to which Bob replied "that should be the title of your next CD". Ian then said "yes, and this shall be the cover". Bob then added the logos to the cover as a joke. Much to his surprise, Ian actually used this as the cover and title. The back cover of the CD features a picture of Ian, once again manipulated by Bob in Photoshop. (Insane Ian)
